11 common questions — packing, rules, stay & more

1. How does weather affect the trip?

This is a monsoon trip, so weather can change plans. On average, about 1–2 trips out of 10 are affected. We adapt as needed, but come prepared for wet and cool weather.

2. Is there charging / electricity?

No — the campsite has no electricity. Bring fully charged power banks, a torch, and spare batteries.

3. Is there mobile coverage?

Mixed. The route is roughly 170 km — some stretches have signal, some don’t. The campsite usually has coverage, though it can fluctuate. Jio tends to work best overall.

4. Is it suitable for kids?

Yes and no. We do get kids on our trips, and most settle in easily. As parents, you know your child best. The main things to weigh: it gets colder at the campsite than many people expect, conditions can be rainy and wet, and sleeping is on the floor — there are no raised-frame beds.

5. What is the cancellation policy?

14+ days before: 100% refund · 4+ days before: 50% refund · Last 3 days: No refund. Message us on WhatsApp to cancel.

6. Do you work with third-party agents?

No. Book and contact us only through the WhatsApp numbers on this site — we don’t use agents.

7. Are there toilets and bathrooms?

Toilets are available at the campsite only. There are no bathrooms — bathing is natural, in the waterfalls.

8. What should I bring?

At minimum: torches and power banks (no electricity at the campsite). Warm clothes and rain gear help for cooler, wet nights.

9. Who is this package for?

Best for people who already know camping and want only food + tent stay. Not suited to large groups or first-time campers — join a guided batch instead. You plan your own itinerary.
